In order to arrange a return, you need to follow these simple steps:
- Request a Returns Reference (RR) number from the sales team
- Pack your analyzer well and return it to the office with contact details enclosed
- The team will contact you once the unit has been evaluated
Please do not return analyzers before receiving your RR number from a member of the after-sales team.
