In order to arrange a return, you need to follow these simple steps:

  1. Request a Returns Reference (RR) number from the sales team
  2. Pack your analyzer well and return it to the office with contact details enclosed
  3. The team will contact you once the unit has been evaluated

Please do not return analyzers before receiving your RR number from a member of the after-sales team.
